This past week the YOSS Forensics Club discussed how tire tracks and shoes prints are collected at a crime scene and can be used as clues to help an investigation.

The boys used play-doh to make imprints of various tire treads. One of the boys volunteered their sneaker to create and mold and print.

After the imprints were finished, they made a mixture of plaster of Paris, and poured them into the molds that the treads made.
